The webinar explored key strategic considerations in cross-border tort disputes, including forum selection, jurisdictional challenges, choice-of-law issues, international discovery, evidence gathering, and differences in damages frameworks across jurisdictions. The discussion also addressed strategies for managing litigation risk, limiting damages exposure, and pursuing efficient resolution through mediation and settlement.
